MB Financial Bank was searching for a site for a new free standing Drive-up Branch banking facility in Lombard, IL. They were able to secure an outlot in the Lombard Pines shopping center that had a browns chicken restaurant. The restaurant was demolished and removed to clear the site for the new drive-up facility MB Lombard. Construction of the transparent glass curtain wall building envelope was an upgrade to the shopping center mix and considered a positive improvement to the center and the business fabric of Lombard, IL.
